Qualified

I am a qualified McTimoney chiropractor, registered with the General Chiropractic Council, and I graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2022. At graduation, I received the Lorna Ridgeway Prize in recognition of my support for the wider student body, my work with the World Congress of Chiropractic Students (WCCS) - including serving as President from July 2022 to June 2023 - and my commitment to the chiropractic profession.

Before beginning my chiropractic training, I worked for a local council and the Wildlife Trusts. I was inspired to change careers after seeing the positive effects of chiropractic care on colleagues and witnessing its life-changing benefits within my own family. Training as a massage therapist before qualifying as a chiropractor also helped me to further develop the gentle, hands-on approach to care.

My approach is friendly, personalised and evidence based. My clinical interests include paediatric care, improving mobility and helping patients to work towards achieving their health goals.

Having joined the Keith, Inverness and Orkney clinics, I look forward to meeting you - or reconnecting if we have already met - and supporting you on your health journey.
